Who can attend the math lab?
Everyone in search of math help is welcome.  The lab is funded by Academic Affairs and Student Affairs (through the Learning Assistance Program) and is FREE to all Appalachian students.

What is the format of the math lab?
There are large tables for group study.  Enter the lab, sign in (on the computer), find a seat, start working.  When you have a question, raise your hand, and a tutor will come to you.

Who runs the math lab?
The Math Lab is coordinated by Wes Waugh, from the Learning Assistance Center and Dr. Trina Palmer from the Department of Mathematical Sciences. If you have comments (either praise or criticism), please send e-mail.
