Appalachian State University

A grant program in honor of the outstanding accomplishments of Jimmy Smith and Bill Paul in mathematics education.




Professional Development awards to enhance mathematics instruction are available from the Smith/Paul Endowment. Grants are made to financially support North Carolina mathematics teachers who are in their first five years of teaching. Grants may range to a maximum of $1,000.
